My name is Maria Steck and I am your new TOHS PTSA President. I am looking forward to working with all of you at TOHS next year. As we head into another school year, I ask you all to take a minute and think about your commitment to your children’s education.
There is, as you know, a direct correlation between parent involvement at school and the success of our children. Please visit our website and look for our e-alerts to help you stay involved with them and what’s happening at Thousand Oaks High School.
Now more than ever, our school needs our support. Tremendous budget cuts have taken their toll on teaching jobs, administration, counseling and other resources that our schools depend upon. The PTSA continues to look for new and better ways to help soften the impact of these cuts. Do you have ideas that might help along the way, please let us know about them.
